Our Residential Service Program includes several important components which guarantee our success.

Inspection - We take the time to walk around your home. We look into those areas where we know that pests like to hide.

• Evaluation - Based upon the inspection results, we will then determine the safest, best way to take care of your problems. We carefully select our products to insure that your home, children and pets are protected both during and after our services.
• Education - We also let you know in writing the results of our inspections and let you know what you can do to help us out. We see our service as a partnership with our customers and Education is critical to that partnership's success.
• Eradication - We then employ the tools of our trade, sticky traps, brooms, vacuums and yes, sometimes chemicals to rid your home of its unwanted visitors.
• Follow-up - On some occasions we recognize the need for additional services to completely remedy a particularly severe problem. We always let you know just where you stand with our services.

Why does TARGET PESTS MANAGEMENT  Inc. have to come multiple times a year?

Two very important reasons. First, many pests are seasonal in their occurrence. Rats and mice are very common in the Fall and Winter but not as prevalent in the Spring and Summer. Wasps and bees are noticed more in the Summer after their colonies have become very large, but they can be better controlled with early treatments in the Winter and Spring. Other pests such as, ants, roaches, and beetles also have seasonal peaks in their activity. Our challenge is to eliminate them before they become a problem to you. Second, because we rely on our training and expertise to rid your home of pest problems, we are able to reduce the amount of chemicals necessary to accomplish a pest free environment. If we are only allowed access to a home once or twice a year, there will be a need to use substantially more chemicals that would have otherwise been necessary.

Boundary and Perimeter Treatments
We apply a long lasting residual low risk insecticide to the exterior of your home. We can also apply a long lasting granual, that is not a pesticide but a combination of Botanicals, to your yard - the long lasting ECO Smart products we use for boundary treatments are used in playgrounds and is a perfect alternatives for children and pets!
Exterior Perimeter Treatments
A premium residual low risk insecticide is applied concentrating on the entry points for insects into your home.
Interior Treatments
Interior areas are inspected and treated specifically for the TARGET PESTS present in your home. A combination of ECO Smart products, baits and monitoring traps may be used based on your concerns and particular pests. Once an insect is correctly identified, our Pest Management Professional will be able to treat your home with little use of pesticides while being more effective.

TERMITE CONTROL

Termites eat wood, and can consequently cause great structural damage to your home if left unchecked and untreated. A typical homeowner's insurance policy does not cover destruction caused by termites, even though they cause over 1 billion dollars in damage to homes throughout the United States each year. Our inspection and treatment program can help you understand the threat of termites, and take the necessary steps to protect your home.

Termite Treatments
To control these unwanted pests, we provide a structure specific treatment plan which may include:

Outside perimeter treatment using a non-repellency product TERMIDOR that will kill termites. This treatment becomes your barrier.

Advance Termite Stations to monitor termite activity around the perimeter of the home. Having a monitor system may help detect termites before they invade your structure and will pinpoint problem areas of the foundation.
